Few words from our members

"LIONS place is the best place to play inline hockey. Really good guys have come together in LIONS. Always fun and friendly atmosphere between teams, family feeling. The amateur tournament organized by LIONS is nro 1 in Europe."

Rolands Latkovskis

"Playing inline hockey in Lions is fun and the training sessions are fun. The best part is learning to skate and play, as well as making friends and playing home and away games. The bus trips to away games are also nice, because we always get to spend the whole day together with the team.”

Inna Kirjanen

”The best thing in Spain for my boys is hockey. Both inlinehockey and ice hockey. It's great for them that they can train often and make new friends! They quickly became part of the community. It is also positive for their health and well-being in so many ways.”

Cecilia Kullgren

”Of course, the good framework built here also has a positive impact on community spirit. Things are done properly, and sport is never at a standstill. In the LIONS, everyone is one big family.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any level requirements?

There are no level requirements. Everyone is welcome and games are available at your level.

Is there room in the teams?

Unlike many other places where teams are locked in, we have players coming and going all the time and constant "recruitment" is going on.

What equipments do I need?

The equipment is the same as in ice hockey, except that there is no top protection, i.e. shoulder pads. During the first few weeks, you will have the opportunity to borrow equipment from the club.

Is the activity suitable for all ages?

We have players aged 5-69, so the activities are suitable for all ages.

What if I don't want to commit?

Many are afraid of commitment, or that if they go, they will have to come. For us, engagement is about having fun and everyone showing up when and where they want to, not out of obligation or compulsion. Multicultural community creates a safe and fun place for many people to come and spend time and meet friends in addition to playing.
